Justin Moore, CEO/ Co-Founder

Justin Moore graduated from Brandeis University in May of 2004 with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. He was hired as a Program Coordinator at the Organization for a New Equality, a non-profit company in Boston Massachusetts. He ran Project Wealth, a debt-reduction and asset-building program designed to create wealth throughout Boston's inner-city communities. In this capacity, he taught several financial literacy workshops which provided people with the basic skills to make intelligent financial decisions.

Then, in August 2005, he co-founded New City Investment Solutions, LLC, a real estate investment company focusing on the Philadelphia market. As CEO, Justin helped set the vision for the company and in less than three years, located and acquired a real estate portfolio worth over $700,000. His operational responsibilities include property management, deal negotiations, accounting and budgeting. In May 2008, Justin relocated to Philadelphia to expand the company and take advantage of various opportunities. He believes that NCI will add value to the city of Philadelphia through the creation and development of quality and affordable housing.

Diony Elias, President/ Co-Founder

Diony Elias graduated from Brandeis University in 2004 with a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and double-minor concentrations in Philosophy and Legal Studies. He worked for the law firm Fried, Frank, Shriver & Jacobson LLP as a Corporate Paralegal before accepting a similar position at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP. In his four-year experience as a paralegal, Diony assisted in several high-pressured closings. His corporate background ranges from Capital Markets & Securities (IPO's), Structured Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and an interim position with the Investment Management group at Goldman Sachs.

Diony began his entrepreneurial career in 2005. In August 2005, he co-founded New City Investment Solutions, LLC and assumed the President position. As President, Diony's primary responsibilities include strategic development, securing financial commitments from investors and property management. In October 2005, Diony co-founded a promotional marketing company, The Epix Group, LLC, as a supplemental medium to raise capital for NCI's investment properties.
