Justin Moore, CEO/ Co-Founder

Justin Moore co-founded New City Investment Solutions, LLC in August 2005. As CEO, Moore's primary responsibilities include project development, overseeing construction and community and political outreach. His work has helped the company acquire a real-estate portfolio worth over $700,000 and construction projects valued over half a million dollars.

Prior to starting New City, he worked as a Program Coordinator at the Organization for a New Equality, a non-profit company in Boston Massachusetts. He ran a debt-reduction and asset-building program designed to create wealth throughout Boston's inner-city communities.

In addition to real estate, Moore is heavily involved in the West Philadelphia community. He works with High School students through Kids with A Positive Attitude (KAPA), a youth leadership program.

Justin Moore graduated from Brandeis University in 2004 with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.

Diony Elias, President/ Co-Founder

Diony Elias co-founded New City Investment Solutions, LLC in August 2005. As President, his primary responsibilities include strategic development, asset management, investor relations and oversight of the company's residential holdings, appraised at over $700,000. Elias has helped raise over half a million dollars in investment capital for the company's residential and development projects.

Elias worked as a corporate paralegal at Fried, Frank, Shriver & Jacobson LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. During his four-year tenure at the firms, his transactional work consisted of: capital markets and securities, structured finance, mergers and acquisitions. He also held an interim position with the investment management group at Goldman Sachs.

Elias graduated from Brandeis University in 2004 with a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and double-minor concentrations in Philosophy and Legal Studies. He continues his relationship with the university by organizing programs and events for the Alumni club of Philadelphia.
